A passionate custom cake artist based in Vancouver, Canada, with over 14 years of experience in designing and creating unique, handcrafted cakes. I officially opened my cake business 7 years ago, but my love for baking and cake artistry started much earlier in life.
My Story
Born in 1984 to a Swedish and Italian-Canadian family, I was raised in a home filled with creativity, delicious food, and the joy of family gatherings. Growing up in a large Italian family, celebrations were never complete without elaborate homemade cakes—moments that left a lasting impression on me and sparked a passion for baking that only grew stronger with time.
As a teenager, I found inspiration in the food industry around me. I would spend hours experimenting with recipes, collecting ideas from magazines, and exploring the art of cake decoration. My journey included working in restaurants, gaining valuable experience under the guidance of a well-known chef, and eventually attending culinary school. Life took a beautiful turn when I became a mother, but my passion for cake artistry only deepened.
My Mission
Today, I specialize in creating one-of-a-kind custom cakes in Vancouver—from elegant wedding cakes to fun birthday cakes, baby shower cakes, and celebration cakes designed to capture special moments. Each cake is crafted with love, attention to detail, and a commitment to both stunning design and delicious flavor.
